i cant get into it or msn anymore.

which isnt good because i kind of need it for school, since i dont have hardcopies of any of my registration information.

i remember once about a year ago I changed the password to my hotmail account and must have typed it in wrong, because my account never worked again.

i tried everything to contact msn but they totally denied me and i lost access to alot of stuf i needed :(

why would you leave very important documents sitting on a server supplied by microsoft. i always backup and save my important emails just in case of times like this one.

i agree wholeheartedly with what was just said there

theere was a time last year that 3 or 4% of hotmail people couldn't access their e-mail for about 3 weeks last year. i hear the fix was they played ostrich until it fixed itself.
