Bursitis :(:(:(

I have bursitis in my knee. I thought it was shin splints, and tried to work through it. Apparently working through it was not the way to go as it aggrevates it more.

Now I have crutches and have to sit on my ass at home! :(

those sacs seem to fuck everyone up, a women at my work has it in her knee right now too.

stay off it as much as you can . hope it heals toute suite!

I thought it felt better this morning, and it did. I started doing some housework and what not, now it is back to hurting. :(

no the important thing is that you don't aggravate the injury anymore. it will suck but do your best to not put weight on the ankle at all.
