Sitting in this net cafe, suddenly there's a lot of commotion coming from the street.. directly in front of me, out the window, there's a confrontation with two black kids backing down another one, extremely confrontational.. they start throwing punches... the scene keeps progressing past my window, followed by honking cars, and then 20 or more some odd people all yelling and marching after them..

It was like the worst parade I've ever seen.

Apparently there could be millions of chavs in the UK. We have people here who look like chavs, they have the costume, but are not the real thing. To be a real chav here a person should probably be very loud, rude & on welfare or UIC and drive a small ugly car.

Since you bring it up, I also saw some black kids go after another black kid a few days ago, while another black kid sat on his bike and laughed, while one of the first black kids I mentioned took of his belt, presumably to whip the other black kid with.

I believe that anyone that owns Burberry in the UK is considered a Chav. It is popular among them there like YSL is here.

Yea, it probably does happen. Actually, in Rugby, the nowheresville I was staying during my first 3 weeks in England, I wasn't impressed with a lot of the younger crowd out there, and they were almost exclusively white.
