Anyone ever pull a muscle in their ass?

Sweet mother of god the pain. I pulled it on Sunday playing football and I'll be damned if I know how.

It's not one of those ones that usually get pulled (unless if you're into some crazy sex, I suppose), it's only happened two other times, both playing sports.

Anyone else ever feel the burn? And what the hell do you do to speed recovery?

search for 'glut' or 'gluteus' stretches. Hamstring stretch will help too. Do them lying down, not standing. Some massage will help after 72 hours.

Massage it yourself. Put a tennis ball on the carpet and roll on it. It will hurt but it will loosen it up after a few days. Its better than an azn tub n tug I tell ya.
