Mine still works, but it always likes to quit on me halfway through burning a cd. I use twice as many blank discs as i should.

My burner always screws up, it's sooo annoying!!!!!!! Especially when it burns like half a cd and then spits it out 4 some unknown reason! Grrr!!!!! :snyx:

well for one thing, DO NOT open other programs when y our burning a cd, otherwise it'll screw up..

i've noticed that's the thing my friends do most.. open programs then it fucks up the cd...

LOL! Because of the internet and mp3's CD-burners is almost a neccisity in all new computer systems.

Oddly enough though, most of the people only use the burner to burn CD's. And they usually have no idea how to fix a problem, should it arrise.

I remember when burners weren't common. I had one back in 95. I could sell a mix cd for like $25. It would take like an hour to compile, but it was still cool to have a mix cd.
