in need of a 3,4 song demo.

I need a 3 or 4 song demo from an underground band/group that you know of. doesn't matter what genre of music it is, hip-hop, rock, whatever.

This is for a project on how to write a pop/HIT song...something i'm doing at school... basically i'm going to do a write up and dissect the demo and demonstrate how i would produce the band in a studio... (eg. re-write arrangements, move around the song structure, length of the song, etc...) so the 3 songs are more commercially viable. All the songs will be presented along with a presentation in class, closing with an open discussion as to how the rest of my classmates would produce the same band in a studio.

Hopefully you know someone that's in a band that would let me have their demo.

I may even hook them up with some studio time with one of the engineers at the studio in my school (they would not be using my critique to produce a new demo)
