reason is a good tool , just dont make it obvious in your production

and capital j's production isn't good ... its good grimey fun n' beats , but on an engineering perspective the guy sucks

id rather have decent production that makes the floor mosh than flawless production that clears rooms.

I think what George meant was, try to avoid the default soundbanks that come with Reason. There are professional producers out there that use Reason, but they probably hunt for their own samples and use the NNXT to sequence them.

So you're saying that posting on an electronic music forum and being a DJ gives you seperate entities? Last time I checked, although the internet is glossed over slightly, your apparent ignorant and obnoxious personality still ring true. Or at least your posts speaks that about you in volumes.

If you have aspirations to being a DJ and being somewhat in the limelight, you're going to have to realize that what you say can be turned back on you purely for that reason, so no they are not different entities and if anything give more thunder for people to judge you on.

hey shes the one who said check where you stand, that is the only time in which my "position" in the scene ever came up. for which reason i do not know, i got upset when she said that i wanted to "battle" soo!!!
i never made a challenge. Thats how rumours get started, i really wish i didnt get so frustrated when it all got brought back up after i thought it was dropped, but i did.

How this got flipped in to i think im the greatest is...... mind boggling!

yup. been writing music for about 8 years now.

but I'm the kinda artist who likes to make sure his music is quality before advertising it (myspace). So the only people who hear my stuff at the moment are close friends and other musicians I might work with in the future.

and still most of them havent heard the stuff I was working on all last year which should be done later on this year if all goes well. I'm hoping with this batch of songs I can get myself signed. I'm putting my all into this project.
