Banging? Define banging? That's one of those loose electronic music terms that can really mean 5 different things.

anything by Vitalic, particularly La Rock 01 and My Friend Dario

I'll check those out for sure, man. I just kept noticing DJs whose promo threads say they play 'Banging House' and I had no idea what they meant.

It's weird. For house and techno, "Banging" would be "Hard" if "Hard Techno" and "Hard House" didn't already refer to something else.

Dave Clarke is pretty much one of the definitive Banging House names. His tracks aren't in and of themselves that spectacular but he sure as hell has some wicked grooves and hooks.
