lol sounds like you made this thread with someone in mind all along shannon

imo any mc wanting to spit over a set should consult the dj before (and not during) his set, and be able to follow any direction given. the only thing worse than some guy grabbig the mic and spitting crap is some guy asking you during your set if he can grab the mic and spit crap.

is she blonde? i think i saw her in whis once.........if im thinking of the same person she did have an amazing voice...

but in a way i kinda see what they're saying.....i love jungle but in a way i could see it butchering someones voice just because it's intense on its own.....

i didnt have him in mind, i already know that people hate on dawson. hearing that information doesnt help me narrow it down at all.

here's a negative review of skibadee for you.

when shy fx & skibadee played at richards on richards a little over a year ago, skibadee ruined the night for me completely. his voice was constantly distorted, he used inane lyrics (1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8!!!) and he didn't shut the fuck up and let the music roll. so irritated.

simple solution if this is for trying to decide who not to book for a show:

1) make a poll - book the one with the least amount of votes.

2) don't book any mcs

even worse is when promoters add mc's after i've already bought my tickets. depending on who's mc'ing there's times i'll straight up skip a show.

i think even worse than that is when joe mc shows up to a show and simply plugs-in and the promoters don't do anything to stop him.
