There's another filthy remix i heard on Annie's show a month back where the freestylers played for an hour... The song's is a Freestyler's Remix Dublate of "Don't Wanna Die" - a remix of a song by My Federation.

any charting from a major DJ and/or a major website (radio1) is a big deal. There is no money in it, but it will mean people hitting you up for the track and therefore sending you their own unreleased material in return. also some prestige and the possibility of the original artist actually releasing your illegal bootleg.

A great example of this would be MSTRKRFT and their recent rmx of John Legend's "Green Light" which was supported by John Legend and his label. His label actually allowed MSTRKRFT to leave it up on their myspace page!!
