Used to be all over it. Got bored of it about 5 or 6 years ago.

That being said, went to a Barbequeue rave up at SFU that was chock full of wicked hardcore. Big ups to Gene Eric (formerly Dermatitis) for rocking my bassface.

There used to be a bunch of us that played hardcore and did parties featuring Hardcore, but that was at least five or six years ago...

I hear ya on that one. used to play hardcore & throw parties from 93' to end of 98' when I lived in the UK Which was definitely the golden age of Hardcore. Anything from 99' to 2005 is just fodder IMO so my style progressed into other genres, then around end of 2005 a few producers caught my attention (Stormtrooper, Al Twisted, Joey Riot, UFO, Kevin Energy & a few others) so started getting back into the new stuff & came up with the Double Drop alias (Not the name I went under back in the day)

Will have some new & old mixes & tracks up soon.

lol Yeah me too. thats kinda how I came up with it. Although double drop can have other connotations when talking about high energy rave music
