where's a cheap/reliable place to rent a pair of CD decks from...?

or anyone wanna loan theirs for a few buxs?

i need them for a party on the 14th of Feb...

try long and mcquade(sp?) down near bassix, im pretty sure u can get DJ equipment foir rental there, I know u can get sweet speaker systems for cheap rental

also try this shop(cant remember what its called) thats on granville like a block or two before broadway(when youre heading outta downtown) i remember going there to see their proces on decks and they said most of their shit was for rental(and they had a lot of mixers, decks and im almost certain that they had Pioneer CDJ1000s for rental)

what do u need to rent one for anyways colin?

cuz i'm spinning dnb upstairs on my decks, and martin is spinning hip hop downstairs - he doesnt have the "top-40" vinyl collection that most ppl wanna hear so he's just playin cd's...

btw...what kinda setup do u have in your room /w your decks? what are your speakers like? do u have an amp?

^For sure man. But if I do, is it OK if I can spin a set? I dont have amps and speakers but u can get a good moniter with built-in amp at long and mcquade for like 20 bucks.
