oh my god......that was the most fun i've had spinning in a long ass time. like holy fuck. Skippy yer that shit. Jeremy........calm down.....lol.

we played tha sickest set........pretty proud over here.

no beef dood.....just past the battling stage.......pay to see what???......2 doods mixing from record to record. One day u just might realize that mixing is like riding bike. And that battling mixes is just proving u just got yer training wheels taken off. But if u wanna come by some time n spin some records i'm totally down.

I’m just finding that everyone who is doing 2 x 4s or tag sets are not being competitive enough.

what I'm talking about goes past having the trainning wheels removed.....

If a dj has got the incentive to out do the other, record for record, the quality of the mix and performance goes up 100%
Speed, tune collection, and skills. These abilities we have are then pushed to the max. so yes I would pay to see a vs. battle cuz I haven’t see two good djs in this city do this in along time.

Wicked point....and taken :keebler: i gave a c.d. to matt. the trax on it are pretty old but the c.d. is actually almost 2yrs old. i'm making a new one this month. i'de love to hear what u think of the mixing on it. my new c.d. should be much better. but i'll let u guys be the judge of that.

Wow In case you were wondering Everyone666 I was joking. Jeff doesn't suck (although he isnt the GOD he makes himself out to be either) Saying he could outmix me is fine but im not sure you have ever seen me play.

Jeff I listened to the mix the tracks are great but like you said 2 years old. There are little things ie; EQ levels which I noticed could be a little more tighter when mixing other then that not bad at all.

As for your "tool" comment. Im sorry not all of us can get "real" gigs like Spooky. And I was playing at a friends house in the morning and never leave my records in the car thats why I had them.

well i def. don't think i'm a god. i know there's dj's i look up to still thats for sure. For one Filthy Fingers definately shows some skill for sure, in fact he's one of the few dj's i actually want to tag with, as well as deliverance, and my roommate......considering he taught me everything i know. I honestly think it's hard to say whether or not some one is better. unless yer having troubles keeping things together and yer mixing trax that just don't go, in that case u should go home and practice. Everybody has there thing, i just prefer mine over most peeps. no big deal. But anyways this is lame. just lookin for some feed back. "its hard to tell when people are joking when they post YOU SUCK on forum for everybody to see" pretty lame.

Jeff I heard you guys played an awsome set at the show. Sorry I missed it but I worked from 1:30-10pm on the friday and then had to work 10:30-7pm the saturday.. i was dead that night.slept for like 11 hours woke up ate and slept for another 6 then woke up and went to work again! ahh, the life a dJ isn't it great! lol

anywho and matt, smart thinkin bro I would have brought my records in aswell cause you never know right!

and Dave, It's ok, Kiss is obviously gonna be off the hook again this year .. sorry I missed last year, but it fell on the same day as my b-day and had to play somewhere else! i hope I can make it this time around!

First off there's no "Y" in my name. Also i didn't know you were jokeing sorry about the misunderstanding. But i've spent alot of time listening to Jeff play i know how good he is. I guess your right though i don't know how good you are so post a mix or something.

Oh yeah, Fevah shoulda played the party to. And in my opinion the best mix on the cd is from track 4 to 5.
