Hand Cramps!!

Who else out there gets mad hand cramps from cuttin'?? Damn, I have to stretch my fingers out; that shit hurts!! My wrist is all mangled too from twisting it on the rekkid.

Anyone else feel my pain??

i never got hand cramps but i did develop a cyst on my wrist from scratching a few months ago.. in fact i think its starting to come back!!

i developed really sore wrists and fingers from drumming but after a while i got used to the pain and my hands got stronger...so scratching doesnt really bother me at all now!

always stretch first!

i find i get a bit of a cramp but then stop for a couple secs and stretch and u're good to go.

i found that if i kept my wrist straighter while cutting my "product" my hand wouldn't cramp up...

i've only had it happen a few times

any one ever cut their fingers while cutting?
