Anyone else's a fan of these guys or ambient music in general?? That Teardrop track is amazing, but their most recent work would be the album 100th Window and it's quite interesting, like the track Future Proof or Special Cases featuring Sinead O'Connor.

But Protection and certain tracks off Mezzanine are absolutely amazing.

D/L a track called "the hunter...."
It has the chick from "Everythign But The Girl" on vocals

^^ odd...i think they're newer stuff is so much better than their old stuff...Blue Lines compared to 100th window? such a difference.

then again, i like deep dark moody trip hop.

prism, if you like the girl's voice in teardrop and other tracks off of mezzanine such as Black Milk, you should check out stuff by the Cocteau Twins. Elizabeth (Liz) Fraser is the vocalist in cocteau twins and also did guest vocals on teardrop and black milk.

i'm guessing you like darker trip hop, so you should check out stuff by portishead obviously...dummy is one of my favorite CDs of all time. and check out terranova.

you might also like asthma - phosphorous (fila brazillia mix)...one of my current favorites even though it's really old.

i could go on for days about trip hop but give those a try.

What are you talking about Chris? I hate trip hop. Oh no wait...........I only live for it because it is the best type of music ever!

Protection is w/ out a doubt the best Massive Attack album. Any track w/ Tracey Thron on it rocks! The Hunter Get Captured By The Game is my fave.

Also, Terranova rocks my world! Plastic Stress, Never and Chase The Blues are such good times.

Like Sammy said, I could go on and on for days about what's good.
