another new live recording

Well, it's not exactly a set or a demo, so I'll post it here instead. ;)

I did a set in Halifax this weekend, at a place called "Reflections Cabaret"... wow, I was *not* expecting that kind of crowd! Totally ruled. One of my top three most fun sets ever.

Anyway - my SH-101 has a new mysterious problem where it was going *waaaaay* out of tune on me... apparently, nobody else noticed, but in my opinion, the recordings are ruined. I managed to pull one track out of the fire though, so here it is:

It's a new song, I've only played it out like twice, but it's starting to come together... the sample is from "Haywire - Dance Desire".

re: the track... me likes, specially the acid (reminds me of Hardfloor... and anything reminding me of Hardfloor is good thing :-)

Damned straight. :) Wicked piece of kit, that one. It's all my vocal snippets, and my TR-909 samples, and even that minor-key synth stab every bar... in fact, that stab is the first time I've ever sampled one of my analogue synths; that's my Juno-60 that made that noise. :)
