The "finding lost records" thread.

so i misplaced my copy of mtume-juicy fruit (which if you didnt know is the original to biggie-juicy.)
i looked everywhere for it. through every single record sleeve (or so i thought) thinking i had stuffed into some random one by mistake.

last week i went and bought a copy to replace the lost one, never thinking i'd see it again.
then "bam." im messing around with some records and i open up tribe's anthology, and what do you think falls out....you guessed it, my missing copy!

finding lost records rules. i never thought i'd know a feeling greater then buying dope records but ive found it...its finding lost ones!

anyone else ever think a record was gone forever, only to find it again months later?

ps if anyone needs a mint copy of juicy fruit i can sell ya one. i dont really need doubles.

yes!!!! i totally know what u mean... currently though i'm searchign for one of the drummatical records(the one with mind the gap) and a dj love record.. the sad thing is that i can't find it even after goin through all my sleeves.

the last record i couldn't find and assumed gone for good was this good stones throw scratch record but that turned up like a year after losing it.

Yea dood, you are very right, I couldn't find, Another Homicide, for about a month, and i was almost going to try to find another copy, then WHAT! It was crammed into another sleeve! F*CKIN right doggy!
