cutting up a sound file with soundforge?

i"ve inserted markers at all the places i want to seperate into tracks...now how do i make the sections seperate tracks?

Lee is an unknown quantity at this point
i usually just find the point where i want to cut the file then hit shift+home to select it...then cut'n'paste it to a new wave file

then repeat for the next track

i always used recycle to chop up stuff...

umm, double click to highlight, then drag to soundforge's desktop
