Acid trance fans will hate me for this post


As some of you know there was 2 new mixes made of this track released on the 63X label from Tripoli Traxx.

One mix is called the Simon Eve Remix..

I never thought there would be a track that could outdo an original.. this mix is driving nu-nrg with a screaming 303 and a rumbling 909.

Dont get me wrong.. I love the original with all my heart.. But this one mix takes the cake.

for those going to shunned.. you will deffinetaly hear it in all its glory.

ppcock: nice! that track is a classic.. I got the original back when it came out in 1995, and then the remixes in 1999/2000... I had no idea they had done more mixes of it. The Tripoli Trax mixes that came out in 2000 where shite. I can't wait to hear you drop this new Simon Eve remix.

(BTW: you would LOVE my old school trance/techno/acid records... hehehehhehe... collected each one with love over the last 10 years).

I first heard a Tripoli remix (I think it was....) when I started partying in Van back in 2000, I think DJ Morgan had it on one of his CDs. I was all "OMG NuNRG" n00blike at the time, so I didn't know the original. I think I enjoyed it at the time.

When Farshad first introduced me to the original I was all "This sounds familiar", and then the 303s came in.... yeah, that blew my mind....

My old roomate Jon (littlejon) also has the original. But if it involves a 303 and is worth listening to, Jon probably has it.....
