Ripping live feeds (eg: bbc radio 1, etc)

Is there a way of doing this? Looking to rip that Pendulum show posted a few days ago on radio 1, but not sure how?

Ripcast is your friend. If the station uses track IDs you can even make the program separate recordings by track AND label the resulting mp3s. It does everything except wipe your ass.

If you have a "record what you hear" option with your sound card mixer and recording software, that might do the trick. It works with my Sound Blaster Audigy to capture audio as WAV files. I'm not sure how good the sound is though, all I've used it for is to capture sound from online videos etc - which is mostly speech - I'm not sure if music can be captured in very high quality this way. It would work for live feeds, but maybe not super quality.

log on to www.dogsonacid.com and use the [search] function to find all mixes by pendulum, then download.

correct me? from england? watchu talkin bout foo? I used to live in england for a while, but i'm not from there, as for DOA, yes I frequent DOA, but the reason i'm looking for a stream ripper is to download set by lots of people, not just pendulum.

I used to setup shitcasts that recorded live sets from winamp. I'd save the shit cast and bump up the quality and there ya have it.
