Mixing Tutorials on DVD

Are they any good? do they help? has anyone used em before? Which ones do you recommend?

I've downloaded some before and they are pretty useless if you already know the basics.

There's a dvd called Intellect, it's a 2 disc set. The first disc is a documentary about electronic music and interviews with like 40 different dj's. The second disc has a tutorial with Nigel Richards. He's got some useful stuff to say and the guy is fucking hilarious.
