Why do North American toilets...
...fill up with water after you flush them?
In Europe - they only have a tiny bit of water after flushing... so no matter how much fiber you've been eating - it's hard to make a splashy entrance into the can. But over here, you gotta watch to not drop it fast or else...

not all of north america... just Canada.
we're still using high flow/high volume toilets. in the states, they use low flow 1.6 gal units. Low-Flow (1.6 gal) Toilets we're a wasteful nation and for that we deserve to get splashed on the ass.
