yea...you'd never be able to give 1 month's event notice w/ britney spears or whatever. but w/ electronica, it's easy to do. perhaps it's due to the fact that this sub-genre of music is underground/non-mainstream & has the typical word-of-mouth/close-knit following, which is a common characteristic of underground/non-mainstream sub-cultures.

good trance is still played at clubs and even better trance is played at underground events.


edit: and to top of it off, people behave themselves at clubs, the security guards at massive parties are useless, they're basically there to keep people from sneaking in, going to OOB areas (and they dont do that very good either), you never see them walk around checking on people and shit.
Clubs - you have more professional security that are not afraid to shove if the time arrives.
