Calling Out The "shy Brothers"
O.K , First off we want to say what everyone else does not have the balls to say , because of the politics of the scene we have chosen to temporarily stay undercover , yet we feel what we are about to say , still needs to be said . please read the following paragraph .
Shy Brothers (International Artist Management/ X-Clusive) - Germany Masters of the turn tables, Mike Shir & Benjamin Shir aka the Shy Brothres started experimenting at an early age and became a cutting edge dj team. Their undying passion for music and their well built experience have been key in producing their first tracks. These two brothers have previously performed as resident dj's in various well established techno-trance clubs and events. Recently, Shy Brothers have been making their marks all around North America. Performing on countless stages, the magnitude of these two brothers is bound to leave you thunderstruck. Expect the unexpected. Now that you have read this foolish banter , we would like to do the proper elaborations and raise some key questions . ....... Now let's get started !!!! MASTERS OF THE TURNTABLES this is issue # 1 PLEASE CMON WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT SHIT We have all heard you play . Enough said about that . Let's move on to issue # 2 Issue # 2 being ( WELL BUILT EXPERIENCE ) We have asked everyone in the scene that knows anything and nobody has even heard of you . We have spoken with our contacts in Germany , U.k , Spain and all over Canada , yet still the same response , "who" shy brothers "who" We all heard you at trance gate and if you call that experience , you need to look up experience in the dictionary and learn the meaning of the word . That's enough said about issue # 2 Let's move on O.k ISSUE # 3 ( Producing their first tracks ) Cmon what tracks ? The least you could do is back up your ridiculous write ups , after the first write up , we started to wonder , since then we haven't come up with any answers and once again we see the bullshit arise on the IMF flyer , we have decided to tell you that you should wait until people have actually heard some of your work before you start to brag about it , it just makes you look like a couple of try hards . Enough said about that . Lets move on . O.k issue # 4 ( These two brothers have previously performed as resident dj's in various well established techno-trance clubs and events. ) C'mon !!!!! What the fuck ? If this is true , we know you would have listed those affiliations in your write up . Proof is in the pudding . What clubs , What residecies , What events????? Another ding against the shy brothers , THATS 4 BOYS LETS MOVE ON TO #5 ISSUE # 5 ( Recently, Shy Brothers have been making their marks all around North America. ) As you have read in above ISSUE #2 We have recieved a completely blank response when asking of who you guys really are ? Nobody seems to have a clue of who the shy brothers are or what marks they have left ? We conclude the only mark you guys have actually left is a big fat question mark ????????? Lets move on . We mean no harm , In fact we would like to thank you for bringing some nice talent to our city !!! Our purpose of this post was to hopefully save you some face down the road . Nobody wants to see the fall of some potential talent , especially when the fall is self inflicted . the way we see it it's an insult to the many better djs in the city , especially the real trance djs who actually know that your write ups are fabricated .

 I don't think it's the fact that nobody has had the balls to say this on a public message boar so far,,, as much as it is about not caring what the shy brothers say about themselves. I have my doubts about thier credibility,,, although I have to give them credit for taking a chance on the PNE in september. Unless photos,,, flyers and other info is posted in the next couple of days... Then I agree with you 100% I've said it before,,, one's reputation should speak for itself. period. Reading through the information posted I don't feel mislead by these dj's and their write-ups. IMO - write-ups are essential for creating a stir about a certain dj. In this case I don't think anybodys claiming #1 dj status. I agree that references are always appreciated and maybe we’ll see some names & places listed after this post is read by them. On the flip side of the coin, dj’s promote themselves and who's to say these guys don't have fans anywhere else than Vancouver. In fact they are over in Europe right now. So don't expect any replies from them anytime soon. Everybody is entitled to their own opinion and as long as they don't blatantly lie about headlining parties or claiming false residencies who cares? In all honesty where have these 2 crossed the line? "Performed on countless stages" - I couldn't give you an exact # as to how many shows I've played. "Undying Passion for music" - Maybe that's why they book solid talent and are currently spending time in the studios? "Shy Brothers have been making their marks all around North America" - Has anybody been following these guys around to prove otherwise? You raise some good questions but I think you're missing the boat when it comes to promotion and hype. Nobody should feel cheated or fooled by their write-up because It doesn't contain any false guarantees. Look at the talent they’ve brought out. Maybe some people were absolutely dazzled by their last show. You’ve got 2 posts on this site and still remain a mystery man. Usually anything under 5 is a troll. So instead of coming on here trashing and leaving the same post in 2 sections, one being the lounge, why don’t you make your self known and post some sensible material.

Who cares?????
Really though politics are what kills this scene..We have great music, Great ravers, and a good couple venues yet people still have to open their mouth and get personal with a certain promoter. Who cares if shybros suck or mislead or whatever. Don't go to their party. It is as simple as that.

who gives a shit if some rave producers are typing out a bunch of bullshit to promote themselves.
as if this is the first time this has happened?? what else do you fucking expect for a description of dj/producers who want to make themselves sound good? "we are fucking newbs and we're playing after dumonde. we've spun at 3 parties." i personally don't think they give much shit about6 spinning anyways. what's an hour of a rave spun by the prducers of the show. it's the shows they put on that are important. i think they put on great shows that only Sweet productions USED to throw which i really miss meaning: 1 room - all headliners with max a local opening/closing and for IMF they have 2 rooms stacked. Well this dude is obviously a trance DJ, otherwise I don't see why he'd care. There really aren't that many trance DJs in this city with any presense. I'd wager to say that Azim and Tazix are definitely the two most well known ones, but they don't do write-ups for themselves.
Personally, I really don't care what they write on their flyers. All of the people I care about involved in this scene judge people based on their performances and not their self-promotional write-ups.
