flailling has a thousand different usages all with varying definitions. though, they can all be summed up as being any action that intrudes on someone else's fun. in the case of someone g-holing, it means that someone has to babysit the holer all night. in the case of someone not showing up for a meeting/coffee, it means that often plans are ruined, and/or are rendered pointless. in the case where someone is flailing while dancing, it usually means that someone's getting whacked in the head as the flailer isn't respecting the space of those around him.

I flail, but not in the strictest sense of the word. i don't fling my arms about and scream, but i, m definately not standin there with my arms crossed noddin my head. I "get jiggity" as i like to call it. But there is the offtime when i'm either veryvery messed up, or alone at home when i'll jhust go apeshit.
