I think it was mc sorley when he hit brashier with his stick on the back of brashier's head.

I belive he got suspended for the season and charges were laid.

He should of definatly stepped up and fought Bertuzzi. Not be a coward and skate away. He did that becuase he knew Bert would fuck him up. Also i think he knew that he was gonna get hit in the game cuz it was payback from the Naslund hit. I heard on Sportsnet that the game they played after the Nasulnd hit, Both Gary Bettman and Colin Campbell talked to the head coaches saying to not let the beef continue. Obviously they knew what that hit amounted too. Why they didnt suspend Moore is beyond me.

mcsorley got 23 games..but boston was not in playoff contention
and he was convicted in a court of law and sentenced 18 months probation.
