I don't think it stings. Just you still need to go really bad cuz it's like RIGHT THERE!
But i've never really had to hold it mid stream for very long. I just take a pause if someone is trying to talk to me through the door and I can't hear them. I'll pause then continue. So yah I have no clue. I just know it's a lot harder to hold after you have started. It's like that feeling when you know the toilet is close. You just have to go that much more.
