Frankly the picture doesn't bother much because it looks mostly healed. It's the deep suspention ones that are grossing me out right now. But then again if it was a bloody one of the penis it may take the cake.

my mom saw a picture like that a few years guy..
she works at the border and some guy came in with all this porn and just some nasty ass fucking pictures.. and one of them happened to be a guy that had overpierced his penis and the thing had pretty much split like that pic she said it was like looking at a hotdog that had been in the microwave
