on a lighter note, I really hope this doesn't deter people from donating blood. I've donated 3 times and this is the only time I've ever bruised (and it was probably my fault anyway). that's why I'm so surprised that it could happen to someone as invincible as me! :P

the blood services even called me today to make sure that I was ok... they are so sweet!

i donate blood once a month (once every two months now)..
Its a family thing.. we've been doing it forever.

Last time i did it I almost passed out. I hadn't eaten for like 40 hours! stupidest thing ever.
