I've heard about them but never tested personally. 400+ for a pair of the top of the line.. ouch. supposedly has great isolation though.

yeah there are ones like that that they make to fit the inside of your ears. so every pair is custom made.

Victoria show went well on wednesday,
picked them up yesterday, the drive to whistler was hillarious watching the temperature drop every 10 mins. we get into whistler around 5:30 and LTJ's like "AHH take me home!!!" it was -15
the guys are stoked for the show tonight, Last night was crazy. they sold out of tickets on sunday and ended up charging 40 or 50 at the door for ppl who didnt have tickets. the venue was good, it could have been bigger, they were way over capacity.

Tonight's gonna go off, hope to see you all there!

btw, they make lower-end models of that earphone too - the lowest end goes for around $100 and the mid-range is $170 i think.

Is he using it for DJing? or just listening to music? I have a pair of the Sony's and they're fantastic for CD players/iPods - would go near a DJ booth with them though...

he turns the monitors off.... he mixes with the headphones only. he doesnt take them out at all. . its fuckin sweet. AND HE USES ALL VyNiL...
he didnt use the cd decks once.
