We got a call from the agent to have Paul play a proper CLUB gig. -- His music style belongs in a club not a rave and so what better way to appreciate it that much more, than in a intimate setting put on CARGO style.

Worst top 10 DJ ... ever! Honestly after seeing him at Twisted's "Crave" , where he looked so bored ( despite an eager crowd of over 1500 people screaming his name ) , didn't do anything special, left 15 minutes early with the tables just spinning there, then told Danny T that Vancity was "ho-hum" .

I vowed that day to never support him in any way again. Nothing against Twisted, I know you guys are just trying to bring huge talent our way and I always support you for it.

thats because okenfold is one of the most paid dj out there.and also its at aqua so the capacity is smaller than say plush. he aint cheap thats for sure. big ups on bringing him out for a club night and yes i do agree that he is not meant to play at a rave. from wut i've heard okenfold is sick at a club. gonna hit this up for sure

yah I know its Paul Oakenfold, and he is an expensive dj, and its at a smaller venue, but that one night is way to much!

nothing too special, after seeing him at crave... I personally lost all respect...commmon now
smaller crowds are fun to rock... so why show all the attitude at crave... (he shoulda made the most of it)
But at a club, well see how his performance shapes the already iffy ego he produced for Vancouver, other than that, props for another big name in Vancouver.

Say what you want about the man, this club night does not really need any of you there to pack this night. You could charge $120 and two days notice and this event would sell out. Oh yea this has like a 350 person capacity so lets give it $150 and 1 days notice!!!

No I will not be there cause I will be playing at the johan show at the time that oakey is prolly on at. This event sold 75 tickets the day they were announced I was in azim's office at that time, and there still a bit of time left this event is sure to sellout no problems. 75-350=275 left the first day announced and that was what 2 or 3 days ago lol and theres still less than a month away ppl hurry up and get them before you start crying about no more tickets left lol
