192.168.2.6 is in the BGP, but does not mean that traceroute contacted an internal IP. it has to be a misconfigured entry on one of the DNS servers in the pool at BC Systems somewhere in Victoria, prolly at the location in the whois entry.

Just like the Chinese IP number is a typo. I bet it's backwards.

YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW BGP WORKS AND FOR SOME REASON YOU THINK YOU CAN RECEIVE A REPLY FROM AN INTERNAL ADDRESS ON A DIFFERENT NETWORK. I CAN'T HELP YOU.
