NEXT 002: ADAM FREELAND- Sept 5th: Sonar
Startin the hype early on this one....
C1rca Presents a 2guerilla and TwentyHz Production NEXT: event series 002 w/ ADAM FREELAND Thursday September 5th @ Sonar- 66 Water St. Breakbeats ambassador returns to Van for the first time in over 2 years... since that show this man has taken great strides for the world wide breaks scene, pushing the sound into the euro massive festival circuit and into most of the major clubs. His breakbeat show weekly on Kiss FM- BBC Radio 1 is without a doubt "THE" show for breaks and his label Marine Parade, which boasts artists such as ILS, is one of the top labels for breaks. His mixed compilations "Coastal Breaks 1 & 2", "Tectonics" and "On Tour" have recevived much acclaim from all the major mags and radio shows. This is a show not to miss!! The Meat Katie show will be done, I spoke to Mark (MK) about bringing him back, and he assured me that we will do a make up show..... as for Freeland.. well if you think that one mishap will affect all the events that we have lined up....well then your going to miss out on some of breaks best DJs in the world in the next coming months!
Just to point out, one no show (that was completly beyond our control) after all the DJs we've brought in the last two years ain't that bad... :)

just releasing some frustration. I'll obviously be there. I was pissed first of all that i had to pay freaky flow prices for the meat katie ticket when i only wanted to see meat katie. and then him not showing left me with a bitter dissapointed feeling. gotta give props to the boys that brought Hyper not once but twice!
