Something to recognize is that two fairly different crowds will be at each of these events. On the one hand you have people who want to go to a party with high production values, headliner DJ's and extra ameneties. On the other hand you'll have people who just want to go hang out with some friends and could care less if the DJ playing is from Vancouver or London. Based on presales already sold and the amount of promotion done it should be a forgone conclusion that Oh'Funky will be well attended. So as I already said why is there a need to diss this event? Whether or not this party happens on the same night there will be things to do that night for no cost of admision. As it happens I know of another free party going on that night aswell...

c'mon guys we all know there is always room for more than 1 party a night....I know last year's party was an insane bang to begin the summer with....this year will be done even better then last. Me and DJ deeb are lookinig forward to throwin down a sick set that night. Hopefully we'll see you all there....

I was going to attend Oh Funky, looks like it will be a great party, but decided on BP3 for many reasons - I love out door parties, it's free (always a bonus), these crews bring out the best crowd, and last year was a blast. There's nothing wrong with 2 parties being held on the same evening and I'm sure both will do well
