blahi thnk u guys should just up ur prices $5 or so.. every used to payin those prices now anyways.
especially if ur throwin a legal party like those boat things u had last year kuz to hear that u are charging low prices then using (losing money) as an excuse later is bad bad bad :p but either or i went to d'oh 2 and a party here n there by d'oh never a bad moment so i'v e had my good times :D

I didn't say that I was losing money for sure at these tickets prices I can break even that's why I did it and that's what I'm trying to do but if we don't get enough people out supporting an event like this then we do have a problem with our scene cause that'll basically means that people don't care about partying for a fair price they just care about overpriced commercial parties in my opinion(I could be wrong). now that doesn't mean I'll stop throwing parties it just means there won't be another Doh party because they're just too risky.I agree with the raising tickets prices to a fair level no higher that's why our tickets are$15 when we normally sell them for $10 to start of with to off set the cost of flights etc.. so once again I don't believe in squeezing everybody for every dime they got I'm trying to be fair.now look saying we lost money is not an excuse it is REALITY I don't see too many people risking their savings and why do you think there's no more Exert or E.T. Bros because they know the stress and the risks of throwing a big event are to be quite honest not usually worth it,even if you do make money(Notice there's no Magic Mountain this year they lost huge last year) ,I've tried to do something different to keep Doh alive now if you'd lost a bunch of money you'd probably be saying the exact same thing as me so until you do please understand it's not an excuse it's just the way it is I have an idea and a dream for this years Doh to hopefully bring it back so that next year can be bigger and better but as we all know the Vancouver scene is nowhere near what is was for Doh 1&2 it comes in waves though and I just hope that Doh is still around when it comes back.What I've done here is laid it on the line my heart and soul for one night and how I feel about throwing parties and why I do it take it for what it is,my idea about what I think we should be trying to do(not others)because it's what we belive in I might be wrong though.Scotty had investors in past with money too burn he's still in debt from those parties we are not willing to do that so if you know somebody with an extra 100,000 kicking around that doesn't mind losing a chunk on a party you be sure to send him my way.Lol I'm baked and I'm not bitchin I'm just tell it how I see it and ya know what I don't regret any of it I love what I do and there have been so many times I've seen people including my best friends having the time of their life at some of my parties and ya can't put a price on it.

Hey Myles we're doing Doh this year at a beautiful spot near squamish so it's a shorter drive and not so many mosquitoes but sill in the great outdoors not local just local dj's except we do have 4 out of town Dj's we have Irish Pete especially who I think will rock it as good as anyone in the world he's a sic Dj.Call or email me if you want on the list

D'OH 5 IS IN SQUAMISH AND NOT CHILLIWACK! This is actually good news as I know that some people either couldn't go or weren't going to go because it was to far. I have personally been to this venue before and it is awesome with very little bugs as Rosco pointed out. Peace.

Thanks Kraig I will be posting more info soon about the Line-up and such so everybody who has friends in Whistler the site is only about 50 mins from the village so let them know where it's at this Saturday and where's it at is DOH 5!
