The time has finally arrived.... this Grande Wednesday at Sonar … the official album release party for Jay-Z, The Blueprint. Crazy CD and Roc-a-Wear giveaways all night!

If you have not heard, the Destiny’s Child, Eve, and Nelly concert will not be happening tonight (see today’s Province for more). The new date that Clear Channel (the promoter’s) released is next Wednesday, Sept.26- which means that we will have the Official Universal After Party again after all.

Two parties in one night to set off October. First off we are helping to raise money for a very worthy benefit called, “Hip Hop For Hunger”. Hip Hop For Hunger is a non-profit company that supplies food to those that need it. This function will help raise money for an X-Mas dinner that they will be putting on. Some of the food that my girl, Lisa Brown will be serving up will be Jamaican/curry/ bar-b-que, jerk/stew chicken, sandwiches, seafood, vegetarian, rice, mashed potatoes, garlic bread, and much more. Hungry yet? Come on down and support a worthy cause.
