!FEVER Refund!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN :

I have read all the feedbacks regarding the last Fever thread as well as the past threads. I got nothing else better to say but : Yes, I have came to a point that I must agree with the full ticket refunds to be in process due to this massive problem. This has been a crazy adventure for me.

The party will still be going on and taking place on the 25th of June @ the Downtown Central Public Library Square on 350 West Georgia Street, due to the fact that there is still a majority of people who are wishing to attend (outside of fnk). So it will continue to be a tough & busy week for me. I have worked out a date for the full refund to be in effect which would be happening on the following 3 days : July 1st, July 2nd, July 3rd with delivery to your house.

Please sumbit your information to [email protected] (with name & phone number & others).

My HUGE apology to you all.
Especially : Cinto, the headliners/ Dj's, Agroculture crew, Swiftbeats crew, all fnker's and the dissapointed people, and to the people which helped out.

I honestly think that if people want to go to the party on Sat, as long as you provide it, they will come

My guess is less than 30% will ask for refunds as most will still want to go to the party
Everyone screws up a bit but what you're doing is helping yourself in the long run
Fo doing this you're a stand up guy in my books

I'm by far not a perfect promoter but I'll give you a lil tip.
Hire people that are smarter than you and know what they're doing

That was Henry Fords secret. He had a grade 6 education and knew nothing about cars and created one of the most successful companies in the world! You'd be amazed what a lil educated help could do! =)

But one thing, you’re obviously loosing out on some money because of this, so how are you going to make sure you don’t get taken advantage of? I take it you aren’t just going to send out money to anybody that gives you their info, are you? Don’t ya think we should mail the tickets to you first or something? Post more details

i'd assume when he comes right to your house, you would hand him your tickets to get your money back

I doubt he's going house to house. What if someone was coming from up north, or from seattle, or the island? He's gonna go everywhere in 3 days? and we are suppose to wait at our houses for three day for our refunds! I dont think so.

instead of delivering
it might be easier for you to set up 3 different points and 3 different times and days and let everyone know that they can go there to get their refund

For example

Day 1
1pm to 3 pm Metropolis in front of Laramy

Day 2
7pm to 9pm Columbia skytrain stn

Day 3
5 - 8 pmDowntown in front of Virgin Records

Most people will pick what day and where they want to meet you and you'll be in one easy spot. Anyone who can't make it you can deliver the next day but that wouldn't be very many people at all =)

^^much better idea. jason u should take note in things dave is telling you, he knows how to run things like this really well. if u meet ppl at 3 locations at 3 different times, it saves gas money for you and if they can't make it at either of the 3 times..and they're all skytrain accessable too...its too bad for them (ull save ureself some money). listen to dave he's a smart smart chocolate chip cookie.

Hey about the outdoor party today that they wanted to do a make up for all the problems... I know glow must be in some hard times right now, and I see that the rave industry in Vancouver has a possability to grow like crazy, I want to help him not harm that. If anyone knows who is setting it up, I can bring a soundsystem and lights, all for the cost of gas to get my van there and a generator to power it all.. If someone has a different generator that would help too.. So could someone please PM me about it??

I want this to work out for glow because I see how he has been trying so hard on this to make it happen, and now he has ticket refunds offered to make all you people happy. I can help him by bringing my gear to the party for free... My gear would make this outdoor "make-up" party huge and one to remember for everyone that comes...

You are planning refunds for July 1st 2nd and 3rd. Thats after you have the library party.
Since you said the money is spent. Are you thinking you will generate enough cash for refunds from the profit of the party? If so what happens if you lose money on the Library party?
