Flyers really don't make a party, and I would say really dont affect how a party is viewed at all.

Anyone who would need this information is probably A) connected to FnK, B) connected to people on FnK, or C) Other resource for info. How many people are attracted by flyers alone.

Hell, one of the better parties I have been to, 2-the-moon, I didnt even see the flyer till we were in the party itself.

So, in the end, who the fuck really cares after all.

PS. Perhaps the fonts were chosen because they are "impractical" fonts, or perhaps it is such a strange, near painful colour and shape juxtaposition that is eye catching enough (like a car wreck) to get a peek from a person.

PS2. I hate flyers anyway. Waste of time, money, and resources.

Flyer =/= Party. Sure it's the advertisemnnet for it, but anyone who knows these guys knows that no matter what the flyer looks like, it's going to be off the hook. This isn't a Plaza party, and the flyers don't have to be oh-so-pretty to appeal to the lowest common denominator (like yourself). Content, not advertising.

Let me guess ..You have not partied much outside of the Vancouver area..I have been partying for 6 years now..And some of the biggest parties I have been to DON'T EVEN HAVE FLYERS!!! Keeps the mainstream club kids and wanna be ravers where they should be...NOT THERE..And I am not talking small run off the mill parties..Some of these parties would have 2000 + peeps just by promoter reputation and party reputation and word of mouth..Keep the big ass coulourfull flyers out of the stores and bring the scene back to where it should be..Underground..
