Salim and Azim have really good relationships with the Police, Fire and city officials to be able to make this happen. Again, further details will come to you as I receive approval to release them.

the plaza of nations is a huge complex of buildings, several night clubs, gennesis security's office, The beat 94.5, and various other buildings are located at the plaza of nations.

previous parties have been at Enterprise Hall at the plaza, which is the only building being turned into a casino.. There's still LOTS of other buildings that are available

as for the venue connections, i know plush and yuk yuks i think connect, and the stairs that connect the upper places too...
