Actually no... Total Science after flights (for two people), hotel, etc. was just too expensive to keep.

A majority of people coming to the show are there for the main room which is why it was important to us that we not touch that room.

Yeah I agree with you Sidekick, im just saying this thread will be a huge one, and all the whiners, will be present.

Props to Twisted and Swing Kids for dealing with the City and getting this information up as soon as possible. I'm sure the two rooms will be bumpin thats a for sure.

Bottom line is Vancity is very spoiled and when you get spoiled you expect more and more each time, and sometimes problems like this occur, but Twisted has made the best of what was available to you!

We should all be thankful and happy!

As I mentioned in my first post, challenges like this are ALWAYS encountered when you are the innovator/pioneer in anything -- in this case, legalizing/permitting a new venue.

Also to further another point I made in that post, you can only use the Collesium so many times in a year... not everyone is going to want to go to a venue that big, all the time. We might as well face the music now and work through whatever the city needs us too so that Vancouver has another venue to party at.

Actually no... I DJ'd a fair bit along with Precise. We played for 2 hours!

I will probably be dropping a couple of records. I am going to see if I can get an actual 2x4 setup in there. Stay tuned on that.
