The hot news of this week is that we are throwing a New Years Eve Party 2002!! This
will be on the next level of parties. If you want to spend New Years Eve in a different environment instead of the same old clubs, this will be your place to be. A two level classy space, two rooms, two vibes, for two thousand and two. GMAN & Rizk New Years Eve inside the Up And Down, 432 Richards St. (Scroll below for more info!)


We (GMAN & Rizk) have just released our second mixed CD mixed by Toronto’s finest DJ Phat Kat aka Specs (Starmtroopers Sound Crew). The CD is limited and is promotional only. It features all the club bangers. Look out for it at a Grande (Wednesdays at Sonar) or International Fridays (Wettbar). Ask me for a copy at either night (1st 50 people) and I’ll hit you off. DJ Phat Kat will be at Sonar on Boxing Day.



This Grande Wednesday, it’s all about the Dipt 1 Year Anniversary Party inside Sonar. Finish your X-Mas shopping and pick up your VIP tickets while they last at Dipt Urban Hook-ups (819 Hornby St). Tell them GMAN & Rizk sent ya.



This International Friday Dec.21 at Wettbar is all about the return of DJ Style. Added to that will be the Official Album Releases for Joe and Mystikal.

Want to do something different for New Years Eve 2002? Don’t want to spend it in the same ol clubs you go to every week? The only way we were having a party was if we could do something different. This year we have got the best space in Vancouver, the fully newly renovated Up And Down (formerly Ballentyne’s and Naked located at 432 Richards St.). We have thrown one party there (before it was renovated) and it was off the chain! Two rooms with two different vibes. Room 1 (DJs Kemo, GMAN, M’err) will feature the hip hop, r&b, dancehall, old school and funk while Room 2 (DJs Z-lok, Rizk, Jason) will have the house, latin, disco, and African soul.
