I just want to thank Spooky for bringing so many people to this site. Look how many people signed up for accounts in the last week alone? Raving never left and is getting more and more popular despite what anyone says in my opinion.

Persoanly I think raving is definatly getting more popular...and appealing to a wider variety and range of people looking for a night of fun. For example I saw a girl from work ( who's a manager in training) at spooky! She was one of the last people i expected to see at a rave.

Spooky parties always gather a slightly different crowd

You get the group of regular ravers that go to all the parties
And then u get all the people who are looking for a good time on halloween

For lots of people Spooky is the only "rave" they will go to

Lots will say they are coming back, but probably wont
Lots will sign up here and post a few times, but probably wont see over half the new members in a bout a month

Is the scene gaining popularity ? maybe... I m honestly cant say for sure, last time I looked it was still on a bit of decline from what I ve seen

But hey thats just my opinion, if the scene is on the rise then all the better. But Im also of the opinion that Spooky wasnt all that good a party this year. Last years was much better I thought. Dont get me wrong I had a lot of fun this year but mainly thought the majority of the music was bad and cheesy

lol just because there are more new users adding on to this site doesn't mean the scene is getting more popular...
i think it has to do with FNK doing something right with their marketing and getting the word out.
I don't even think we can call it a 'scene' out here.
