Question... where is the best place to find out about upcoming parties on the mainland?

I am from the Island, and I love the parties we throw here (And all you mainlanders should attend Island parties) but I love mainland parties as well, and would really like to make more of them.

I do Apex every year, went to Kiss this past weekend, and I am going to Insomnia & Twisted, but I would love to know where to get more info on the parties I don't know about. Iffen anyone could help, that would be fabulous!

All the raves and club events are here. Unless your looking for strictly hip hop club nights and stuff but other then that FNK is the place to be

I am not making to GodSpeed - Have stuff going on here on the Island I have to be in attendance for...

Not the hugest trance fan, like some of the darker german trance styles though.... my favorite genres are Breaks, Funky Breaks, Funky House, House.

It's all about the Funk.

As I said above, I am definatly going to Insomnia and Twisted (In will crawl out of my own grave to see Krafty Kutz if necissary)

But I am going to be looking to attend a lot more mainland parties.

good thing your attending twisted and insomnia because Plaza Of Nations will be turning into a casino after that and perhaps the greatest venue in vancouver of all time will be dones.

I know... I am SO upset about this whole Casino thing... Plaza parties have been some of my favorite parties in 6 1/2 years in this scene...

Where on the Island are you from? You might already know me. I grew up in Vic, currently living in Nanaimo...

Heavily involved in the rave "scene" in both cities for the past number of years

OMG! I so want to attend that party...

However, not sure if I am going to be able to make it... cause I am NOT missing Twisted, and coming over from the Island for 2 weeekends in a row would probably get pretty freaking expensive...

but I am sure as hell going to try!

Well, that does make attending both parties easier...

So far this year, I plan to be at more parties on the mainland than I do on the Island...

And lineups like this one keep expanding that difference...

Party is called Hella Bash.... and it kinda has a mix of all genre's... buddy of mine is spinning (DJ FrankenChrist) and he does DnB...
