Taipei is awsome! Not too many tourists. Really friendly place, streets are safe anywhere in town even at night.
Really easy to get around the city using local busses and the metro. Make sure you go to the Shinlin Night Market. The snake night market is cool as well As well as the awsome hotel nearby, I forget what it's called but it's walking distance from there. Also Taipei 101 is the tallest building in the world. Pretty damn neat. Msg Danny Taylor, and see if he has hook ups for Ministry of Sound. He's a resident there! See my blog for more info, it was so long ago I forget what I did haha
