bon voyage travel insurance?

anybody have experience with this service? anything i should be aware of before i purchase it? are there better travel insurance companies out there?

they're really good.
i had my stuff ripped off in bali. i asked for a $1000 dollars from them and they gave me 750 which isnt too bad.
if you get ripped off just make sure you get a written report from the local po department....but then they'll probably try and extort money out of you to get it (if you're going to a 3rd world country.)
