I hear its good if you have a good position its great, my cousin loves her job and makes good money.
I know some people who went in just normal entry level and some hated it the pay plus your costs can suck, in less your in a higher position or with a good line. And it depends how well you cope being confind on a boat and all that, yea you can leave when you dock but only for certain amount of times.
Its one of those things you have to try.
Research in to a company befor you go to work for them

I went on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line around the Caribbean islands not to long ago. I found that most of the employees were smiling. Doing lots of things with other employees and just overall having a good time. I enjoyed talking with them and joking about lots of stuff. Unless they got paid to act all happy but in reality they hate themselves. I dunno.
