what I find to be essential things to bring to teh apex:

#1. extra socks/pants/shirt -- despite what you may think, you can get wet.

#2. Jacket -- despite what the weatherman tells you, it can get cold/rain.

#3. Flashlight -- When you drop your sanity at around 5am you'll need it.

#4. $2-$5 -- You get hungry sometimes/water is good.

#5. Off/Mosquito repellant -- It's a damp area, they be out there.

#6. Beer for neoh -- good idea, receive +5 street cred per beer.

#7. Camera -- pics are good + uploading

Quite the list, definitely bringing some socks and a jacket and some money, as for off, I think that is also a good idea... anyone is stupid not to prepare at least a little bit, I think people forget though that it's outdoors!

Tips: Don't like the buugs? I learned a few years back is your triple dose up on Vitamine C a couple days prior the show. Your skin will taste soooo icky to the misquies they won't dare go in for the kill. You will walk out with 90% less bites then if your didn't. TRY IT!!

Further to what Myles said, Drinking two Tablespoons of Vinegar also helps the morning before. They hate vinegar as well.

Also ladies, THIS IS NOT A BOOTY SHORT PARTY! Layer people layer. The temperature drops at night considerably. By midnight, you will be cold. Your outfit may be super cute, but it definately isn't wise.
