All the pawnshops are registered with the RCMP now, and anything that goes in is checked against a database of reported-stolen stuff - everyone's got all their serial numbers written down somewhere safe, RIGHT?

still. don't post your address on the internet, and renter's insurance, good doors/locks, and a security system go a long way. so does making your shit easy to identify, marking it permanently, etc.

Just the other day, in New West, the police busted a highly organized and professional crime ring. It was three people that had a myriad of stolen goods, and they were selling it on craigslist for profit. They would bubble wrap the goods and ship it out.

The thief can easily fence anything to an organization like this. Why are you so naive to think that a pawn shop is the only way to go?

Whatever, post what you like on the net....it is nothing more than a pissing contest to see who has the best equipment anyway. And for some of you, none of this equipment will EVER help with your DJ skills anyway, so good luck! :317:
