Any Tom Lee employee can check stock on any product company wide from any terminal. It doesn't matter where I work. Rentals is pretty stingy here, but L&M has a much more comprehensive rental department than us, so I'd suggest calling them first before going craiglist.

Don't worry. We only fix guitars and band instruments here. All technology gets returned to the manufacturer or sent to Arc/Backline. So, unless you have a warranty with us, you just take it to Arc yourself.

Nope, I'm not in either of those departments. We have a dedicated guitar repair guy next to the drum department and the band instruments are next to the drum lesson isolation rooms in the basement. But if you want to consider me an authority, I won't stand in your way.
