Desktop DAW

Iam currently hunting for a new pc, to be specifically used for my music.
I don't know that much about computers really, but i do know what i need in one for recording/producing.
I stumbled upon this site a couple days ago http://www.adkproaudio.com/systems/D...orkstation.cfm
It has some very tempting systems, but the company is all the way down in Kentucky ( not a fan of the shipping/handling charge...)..

Do any of you guys have suggestions for where to purchase a new DAW in canada preferably ? Any bit of advice would be greatly appreciated!~

thanks!

Rytalin is an unknown quantity at this point
Apparently Dells have the widest compatability range with music gear.
I don't know this firsthand, I was just told by a couple friends who've done extensive comparisons between different brands.

Just looked at your link....

*drooooool*

uhm... yeah.

If you got the cash, then totally go dual xeon.
Although an AMD64 dualcore system would be worth looking at as well.
